Ingredients

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup peaches
  • ½ cup rasberries
  • 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 1 ½ protein powder
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place fruit into separate bowls and microwave each for 90 seconds.
  2. Add in ½ cup Greek yogurt, 1 tsp. honey and half a scoop of protein into each bowl and stir.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and layer the mixture on.
  4. Top with shredded coconut and cover with cling film. Add stick if desired.
  5. Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy immediately or store in freezer.
  6. Enjoy!
